Earlier this month, when the first cases of COVID-19 were being reported in NY, there were massive shortages of hand sanitizer. People were starting to panic and online price gouging was rampant. In response to this, my friend Joseph Quartana, who owns Six Scents Parfumes, retooled his factory and started producing FDA-approved hand sanitizer.
