I recently hung out with my buddy Andy Wong and it was an awesome time! It was the first time seeing him in over half a year. While one must be careful with the pandemic (we are triple vaxxed and we were sitting far from others), social isolation can negatively affect one’s mental health. It’s well known among mental health professionals that the holiday season can be a lonely time for many people.
So how do you fight the holiday blues? Here are my simple suggestions: Give your parents a call! DM some old friends. And meet up with them (safely) for drinks or dinner!
